Healthy Wealth

Our health is so easy to ignore until we have problems.  Learn to give yourself a level of health that you are willing to maintain.  By that, I mean make the effort to not get too heavy, to build strength and endurance, and to learn to eat the right foods that will serve you well over your lifetime and allow you to do things you enjoy.  If you can purposely stay healthy, you will be rewarded with fewer health issues, as you get older, which translates to less medical expense over time, which will benefit you in retirement!
